Return Window

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags/packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: –

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Undergarments or items marked final sale.

Process

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Contact support@shopperstops.store to initiate a return with your order number.
  • Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
